By placing an order, you confirm that materials are being purchased for lawful research, analytical, or industrial purposes.

Products are supplied as described in their specifications and accompanying documentation. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to use, handling, and storage within their jurisdiction.

PureSource Research Ltd accepts no liability for misuse, improper handling, or application outside the scope of lawful research or analytical practice.

Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase laboratory materials within their jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of laboratory materials, all sales are final once dispatched.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify PureSource Research Ltd within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required.

Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be issued at the company’s discretion.

Refunds, where issued, will be processed using the original payment method.

Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on destination and postal services.

Orders delivered within the United Kingdom are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre. Orders delivered within the European Union are dispatched from our EU fulfilment centre.

Orders are shipped using tracked postal services. In some cases, a courier service may be used depending on the nature of the material or delivery requirements. Free shipping on orders over €50 within the UK and EU.

PureSource Research Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by postal operators or circumstances outside our control.

Governing Law

PureSource Research Ltd operates under the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from transactions or use of this website shall be governed by Irish law.
